5. Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately. Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the item may already be in fulfillment. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at our store email.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Ultra-View is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
7. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item
- Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed
- Items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund

8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Digital artworks and downloadable products are delivered electronically. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered and no refunds will be issued. Digital products are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission from Ultra-View.
